It’s that time of year again where we look back over the games that defined the past year. Unlike other year-end lists, this is not a list of “the best” but instead, the most notable games. The games that gained critical and commercial success, got people talking and stuck in people’s minds all the way through the year.
As we head into Christmas we have just two books on the Pull List this week. S.W.O.R.D. takes the top spot with the final issue of X-Men: The Trial of Magneto our runner-up. On The Radar we have The Amazing Spider-Man, Supergirl: The Woman of Tomorrow and Batman vs Bigby! A Wolf in Gotham and in MEANWHILE… we have a whole bunch of 2000AD announcements.

Aston University hosts Birmingham’s biggest student-lead esports tournament; and Warwick Esports save the day for university Hearthstone competitions. Also this week, there’s an esports competition hosted in Microsoft Excel!
A busy week on the Pull List this week, the all new One-Star Squadron takes the top spot with the latest issues of What’s The Furthest Place From Here?, Batman ’89, Amazing Fantasy and Inferno making up the rest of the list. On The Radar we have Soul Plumber and The Silver Coin and in MEANWHILE… we have sad news about a comic legend and the Destiny of X is coming
