By the power of Grayskull…Turtle Power!
When the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles came across Krang and Shredder making a deal with some otherworldly ‘demon-mage’ named Skeletor, things got hella-weird and they ended up in ETERNIA! It turns out, when you mix Ultrom mutagen with demon magic you get a nasty purple poison — and it’s brought Eternia to the brink of chaos. So, Leo, Raph, Donnie, and Mikey are teaming up with the Masters of the Universe to kick some blue boney butt. The only problem is… He-Man is missing in action.
I’m a sucker for these crossover books, and this one looks to perfectly blend the iconic worlds of He-Man and the Power Warriors with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The artwork by Freddie E. Williams III looks stunning, capturing the essence of both franchises while also introducing a unique visual style that seamlessly blends the two. The fusion of Skeletor and Krang, is a stroke of genius and seeing He-Man and the Power Warriors adapt to the urban jungle of New York City should be a lot of fun. All in all, this should be Turtle-y awesome.

THE BRAIN OF A KILLER

However, a chance encounter between a police officer and a murderer may ruin even the best laid plans…
I was blown away by issue 1, Walsh’s script and artwork is nothing short of spectacular, capturing the eerie and gothic atmosphere perfectly. It successfully blends the old with the new, offering a fresh take on a beloved story while staying true to its roots. If you’re looking for a comic that combines stunning art with a compelling story, this series is definitely worth picking up.

In this penultimate issue, Helen’s frustrations continue to exacerbate as her drinking worsens and her longing for the ways of the other fantasy world continue to plague the house of Wyndhorn.
This issue sets the stage for an exciting conclusion. It masterfully blends fantasy and reality, offering a poignant exploration of loss, longing, and the search for identity. I hope that we see more from the world of Wyndhorn in the future after this run concludes next issue..
